Orchard View is a new, state-of-the-art living centre offering both retirement living and assisted daily living. The serene country setting and beautiful three-story waterfall mountain makes Orchard View unique from any other retirement facility.
Orchard View offers 80,000 square feet of living space and lots of spacious grounds outside. You will enjoy walking on our grounds which are surrounded by a wildlife sanctuary with beautiful animals such as deer, elk, llamas, goats, and bird life.
Orchard View Living Centre offers three home-cooked meals served in an elegant dining room. After dinner, take a stroll out the patio doors onto a beautiful interlocked terrace. Enjoy gardening in the raised garden beds or just sit out on the patio furniture and take in the fresh country air.
Tony's Vision
Like his father before him, Joe Princiotta views ‘quality’ as the bedrock value of the Princiotta Group. But the ‘next-generation’ Ottawa-born CEO has adopted a holistic definition of quality that includes every aspect of retirement living.
Tony's vision became reality when he completed the Orchard View Living Centre in 1999. He created a "Living Centre" that provided the residents with a 3 storey waterfall as the focal point for their home, garden plots so they could garden, swimming pool for exercise, exterior ponds and walkways for leisurely walks and jaunts, many different animals for companionships, great food and a wonderful ambience.
